Terms of Sale
These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern the sale of products by SKRATCH.EU Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Żurawia 43/109, 00-680 Warsaw, Poland, entered into the National Court Register under number KRS: 0000754290, NIP: 5342588631, REGON: 381645291.

By placing an order via the website skratch.eu (the “Website”), the user accepts these Terms. The purpose of these Terms is to ensure transparency, fairness, and the protection of the Customer’s rights in accordance with applicable laws.
1. DEFINITIONS
Customer – any natural or legal person purchasing products from the Company.
Products – physical goods distributed by the Company via the Website.
Order – any request submitted by the Customer for the purchase of Products from the Company.
2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1 These Terms apply to all sales transactions made through the Website and replace any other terms unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Company.
2.2 The Company reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on the Website.
3. PRODUCTS
3.1 The Company is a distributor of electronic and technical equipment, including but not limited to consumer electronics, accessories, and related equipment.
3.2 Product descriptions and images published on the Website are for informational purposes only and may not fully reflect the actual appearance of the Product.
3.3 The Company reserves the right to modify or withdraw any Product without prior notice.
4. PRICES
4.1 All prices listed on the Website are given in euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
4.2 The Company reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
5. ORDERS
5.1 To place an Order, the Customer is required to correctly complete the purchasing process and provide accurate data.
5.2 The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any Order. In the event of Order rejection, the payment will be refunded without delay.
6. PAYMENTS
6.1 Payments may be made using the methods available during the checkout process, including payment cards, bank transfer, and external payment service providers.
6.2 Orders are processed only after full payment has been credited.
7. DELIVERY
7.1 The Company delivers Products within the territory of the European Union.
7.2 The Order fulfillment time is from 1 to 3 business days from the moment the Order is confirmed and payment is credited, unless stated otherwise in the Product description.
7.3 Delivery is carried out via courier service providers.
7.4 The Company is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs procedures.
8. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS
8.1 The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receipt of the Product, in accordance with applicable EU regulations.
8.2 Returns are accepted only for unused Products in their original packaging.
8.3 Refunds are processed within 14 days from receipt of the returned Product.
8.4 Complaints regarding Product defects or non-conformity with the contract should be submitted electronically to: office@skratcheu.com.
8.5 A complaint should include at least: Customer details, Order number, description of the issue, and—if possible—photographic documentation.
8.6 The Company will review the complaint within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt and inform the Customer of its decision by email.
9. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
9.1 Products may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty.
9.2 The Company’s liability is limited to the value of the ordered Product.
10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
10.1 These Terms are governed by Polish law and applicable EU regulations.
10.2 Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts having jurisdiction over the Company’s registered office.
